Kathmandu. The government has appealed to be cautious while providing financial assistance to the flood victims.
The Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers issued a notice today and made this appeal. “Assistance is being collected from various sectors for the rescue, relief and rehabilitation of the people of the Bhotekoshi-affected areas of Rasuwa,” the notice reads. ’
The Office has appealed to the people to provide financial assistance only on the official bank account number and QR code made public by the government for the transparent use of the assistance received in this disaster situation, proper management and protection from possible financial fraud.
