Kathmandu. In the last 5 years, Global IME Bank’s working capacity and profit rate have been very good.
According to the financial statements of the bank, both the profit earned by an employee to the bank and the profit made by a branch are increasing continuously. This progress seems to have been possible due to the hard work of the employees and the good management of the bank.
FY 2078. Operating profit per employee was only Rs. 25,30,000 in FY79. Increased in subsequent years to FY 2079. Rs 34,50,000 in FY80, 2080. Rs 32,90,000 in ’81. Rs 34,70,000 in ’82. FY 2082. Increased to Rs 35,30,000 in FY83.
Similarly, there has been a big jump in the profit of the branches of the bank. FY 2078. In the year 79, a branch used to make an average operating profit of Rs 2.59 crore in the whole year. However, it has improved a lot in the last few years. FY 2079. Rs 3.54 crore in 80, 2080. Rs 3.52 crore in 81 and Rs 2081. In 82, it reached Rs 3.75 crore. Last financial year 2082. By the end of 83, the profit per branch has increased to about Rs 4 crore i.e. Rs 3.97 crore.
