Kathmandu. The Nepal Insurance Authority (NEA) has directed the insurance companies to settle the insurance claims at the earliest.
The NEA issued a circular in the name of all non-life and micro non-life insurance companies today. “It is well known that the uncomfortable situation that has arisen in different parts of the country since September 7 has caused irreparable loss to the public and private sectors,” the circular reads. ’
In addition, the authority has also instructed the insurance companies to submit their insurance claim details weekly (every Wednesday) in Excel Seattle format through Google Form.
