Kathmandu. Ganapati Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited is going to hold its 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on March 26. The meeting will be held at 11:30 am at Hotel Daybreak, Pokhara-31, Begnas Kaski. The date of the meeting was fixed as per the decision of the 140th meeting of the Board of Directors of the Association held on Friday.
The AGM will endorse the annual report submitted by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, the auditor’s report up to Ashad end, 2082 B.S. along with the statements made by the profit or loss account, cash flow statement and related schedules for the fiscal year 2081/2082.
The meeting will appoint an auditor to audit the transactions of the fiscal year 2082/2083 and determine his/her remuneration (the current auditor PYC & Associates, Chartered Accountant will be eligible for re-appointment.
The AGM will elect 3 directors representing promoter shareholders, identify suitable institutions for the purpose of merger and acquisition of one or more suitable microfinance institutions, sign memorandum of understanding, appoint consultant, valuer, auditor to evaluate assets and liabilities and delegate authority to Board of Directors for related works.
