The meeting of the board of directors of the company has decided not to distribute any dividend to the shareholders for the current fiscal year. Its shareholders will not get cash and bonus shares.
The organization has also decided to submit the financial details of the said fiscal year to the upcoming annual general meeting after getting approval from Nepal Rastra Bank.
