Kathmandu. The primary shareholders of Emerging Nepal will sell more than 8.5 lakh shares.
The company’s six primary shareholders will sell 8,57,539 units of shares held by them. According to the company’s notice, they will sell these shares within the next 3 months.
According to the directive of the Securities Board of Nepal, the basic shareholders have to inform 15 days before selling 5 percent or more shares of any company. In accordance with this provision, the company issued a notice today informing that the basic shareholders are going to sell the shares.
