Kathmandu. The fourth annual general meeting of the National Insurance Company was held. The meeting was held at Anmol Catering Service in Shankhamul, Kathmandu.
The meeting approved the fiscal year 2077. 78 and 2078. 79 The annual report as well as the auditor’s financial report.
The Assembly passed a resolution relating to the appointment of an auditor and fixation of his remuneration for the fiscal year 2080. 81 and 2081. Passed a resolution relating to the appointment of an auditor and fixation of his remuneration for the fiscal year 2080.
The company had closed the book on September 18 for the purpose of the meeting.
