Kathmandu. First Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has declared dividend for the fiscal year 2082. 83.
The meeting of the board of directors of the company held on Tuesday decided to distribute cash dividend (including tax) of Rs 14,86,43,673 out of the current paid-up capital of Rs 1,344,48,71,323 from the distributable profit of the current fiscal year. The company has decided not to distribute bonus shares.
The dividend will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) and distributed to the shareholders.
