Kathmandu. Current fiscal year 2083. Finance Minister Dr Swarnim Wagle has arrived at the Parliament House in Singha Durbar to present the budget for the fiscal year 84 of the current fiscal year.
Finance Minister Wagle is scheduled to present the budget in a joint session of both houses of the federal parliament today. This year’s budget has been brought on Nepali paper file. In the past, it was customary to bring the budgets in a briefcase.
Earlier, a meeting of the Council of Ministers held at the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers had endorsed the budget. After the conclusion of the cabinet meeting, Finance Minister Wagle reached the parliament to present the budget.
