Everest Color shares open for trading, at what time was the first buy?

Kathmandu. Shares of Everest Color were traded in the second market on Friday.

Everest Color IPO has been listed on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) on Thursday. The IPO of any company starts trading from the second day of its listing. Accordingly, the company has come into business from today.

For the first transaction, NEPSE had fixed a minimum of Rs 100 to a maximum of Rs 300 per share. The company’s shares were traded at Rs 296.60 per share in the special session today. The trading signal of the company is ‘ECL’.

A total of 3 million units of Everest Color shares of Rs 100 each have been listed in NEPSE. Out of this, 790,000 units i.e. 26.33% of the promoter shares are held at the public level and 22,10,000 units (73.67%) from the promoter.

Everest Color had opened its IPO to the general public from June 5 to June 7. The IPO was allotted on June 4.
