Kathmandu. Everest Bank Limited has provided cash and essential relief materials to the people affected by the recent floods in the Bhotekoshi River.
As part of its corporate social responsibility, the bank has provided a total cash assistance of Rs. 311,54,605.38 to the Prime Minister’s Natural Disaster Relief Fund which includes Rs. 20.51 million and Rs. 60,54,605.8 on behalf of its employees.
Along with the cash financial support, the bank has also handed over the much-needed relief materials collected at the initiative of the bank’s employees directly to the concerned bodies for dispatch to the disaster-affected areas.
The bank has expressed its heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family members and expressed heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family members. The bank also wishes for the speedy recovery of the injured and expresses its heartfelt gratitude to the security personnel, rescue workers, local levels, organizations and all the supporting hands who are on the front line to deal with this disaster.
