Kathmandu. Everest Bank has declared a dividend for the financial year 2082. 83.
The board of directors of the bank has decided to distribute a total dividend of Rs 13.72 billion to the shareholders from the accumulated profit of the current fiscal year of Rs 13.72 billion. This includes 5 percent bonus shares and 10 percent cash dividend (including tax on bonus shares).
The proposed dividend will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank.
