Kathmandu. Emerging Nepal Fiscal Year 2081. The company has declared a dividend for 82 years.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company has decided to pay cash dividend of 5.26 percent from the current paid-up capital of Rs 555.6 million from the profit and consolidated fund of the current fiscal year.
The dividend will be distributed after approval from the Ministry of Finance.
