Kathmandu. Sanima GIC Insurance has concluded its 8th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on May 19. The rally was held at Nepal Police Club in Kathmandu.
The meeting held the last fiscal year 2081. The meeting has approved a total dividend of 5.2632 percent of the current paid-up capital of Rs 2.15 billion. This includes 5 percent bonus shares and 0.2632 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.
The meeting also endorsed a special proposal to review the decision of issuing 17 percent right shares of the paid-up capital passed by the 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM). A special resolution has been passed to authorize the Board of Directors to amend and make any changes in the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association and to carry out other works if directed by the Recording or Approving Body to make any changes in the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association to be maintained after the distribution of bonus shares.
The meeting approved the annual and auditor’s report of the last fiscal year and the current fiscal year 2082. 83. The meeting approved the proposal regarding the appointment of auditor and fixation of his remuneration.
