Kathmandu. A meeting of the Council of Ministers today decided to waive the education and health parity fees. Along with this, the meeting also took 6 other decisions.
The meeting decided to waive education parity fee and health parity fee as per the clause 18 (1) of the Finance Act-2083 BS, according to government spokesperson and Minister for Education, Sasmit Pokharel.
The meeting also decided to appoint Tulsipur High Court Judge Basudev Acharya as the chairman of the Special Court.
The meeting also decided to appoint Surkhet High Court Judge Dipendra Adhikari as the chair of the Labour Court and Shailendra Raj Kunwar as the administrator of Guthi Sansthan.
The meeting also decided to waive parking, landing and navigation fees in international regular flights from Pokhara and Gautam Buddha International Airport till mid-September 2085 and to waive 50 percent of ground handling fees. 4. It has been decided to ratify the agreement reached in Province 1 and declare the fake documents related to MeterBadger invalid as mentioned in the agreement from today.
The meeting also decided to form a judicial committee under the chairmanship of former High Court judge Keshav Prasad Bastola to find out the truth about the suicide of Ganesh Nepali.
