Kathmandu. Newly-appointed Finance Minister Rameshwor Khanal has urged the government not to call himself honorable.
Newly appointed Finance Minister Khanal made this request while taking charge of the Finance Ministry after taking oath of office and secrecy. “Don’t call me honorable,” he said.
Khanal has also announced that he will not take salary, vehicle and ministerial quarters while he is in the minister’s post. Khanal, as the Finance Minister, has taken the first decision not to implement the fragmented projects that are not prepared and prioritized.
