Kathmandu. Dhaulagiri Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has decided not to distribute dividend to its shareholders.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company for the fiscal year 2081. It has decided not to distribute dividends for 82 years. Along with this, the organization has decided to send the financial details of the fiscal year to Nepal Rastra Bank for approval.
According to the organization, the financial details of the NRB will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) once it is approved.
