Kathmandu. Three directors representing the general public have been elected to the board of directors of Nepal Life Insurance Company.
The remaining programs related to the election of directors by the general shareholders, which was postponed as per the decision of the company’s 25th annual general meeting, were held on Chaitra 2 at Hotel Bishwa in Birgunj. Accordingly, Bimal Prasad Dhakal, Krishnaraj Lamichhane and Sharmila Shrestha Maharjan have been elected as directors.
All three elected directors have taken oath and assumed office from the company’s chairman Govindalal Sanghai.
