Kathmandu. The government has decided to deposit one month’s salary and salary of the Prime Minister and all the members of the Council of Ministers in the Prime Minister’s Natural Disaster Relief Fund.
A meeting of the Council of Ministers held today took this decision. The meeting also decided to direct the Ministry of Finance to prepare a concessional and rehabilitation package for the people and business organizations affected by the floods in the Nepal-China border Rasuwagadhi and Bhotekoshi rivers and downstream areas on Wednesday.
The meeting also decided to give approval in principle to the Agriculture Inputs Company to purchase 25,000 metric tonnes of DAP fertilizer from India.
