Kathmandu. KATHMANDU — Counting of votes in all 10 constituencies of Kathmandu under the upcoming elections to the House of Representatives is underway today.
According to Chief Election Officer Churaman Khadka, the ballot boxes will be collected at the respective election officers’ offices within 2 hours. “After that, preparations are being made to start the counting process”, he added.
According to Khadka, voting has been completed peacefully in all the centres till 5 pm. “Preliminary estimates suggest that around 60-65 per cent of the votes have been cast,” he said. ’
