Kathmandu. The members of Diprox Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha have been imparted professional cow and poultry training.
A six-day on-site cattle rearing training was conducted by the Livestock Service Training Center in Duhabi, Sunsari and managed by Deprox Laghubitta.
Similarly, a five-day on-site poultry training was imparted to 40 poultry farmers members of Durgapuri branch of Morang district from January 6 to 12.
The training was aimed at enhancing the capacity of rural women members and encouraging them towards commercial animal husbandry. The organization believes that the training will increase the income of the participating livestock members in the long run.
