Kathmandu. About 14.5 lakh units of shares of Citizens Bank are on sale.
A total of 14,44,86.93 units of shares of the promoter group of the bank are for sale. Ordinary investors can apply to buy these shares.
The minimum price of the shares has been set at Rs 106 per share. Investors can bid for the shares at or above the minimum bidding price.
Investors have to apply for the shares at the central office of the bank located at Narayanhiti Path, Kathmandu. Applications can be submitted within 35 days.
