Kathmandu. More than 1,69,000 units of shares of Citizens Bank have been put up for sale.
A total of 1,69,213 units of shares of the promoter group of the bank are being issued. Any interested person and organization can apply for the shares in the bank.
A 35-day deadline has been given for the same. The interested promoter shareholders should apply to the bank’s central office at Narayanhiti Path, Kathmandu within this period.
The minimum price of the shares has been set at Rs 125 per share.
