Kathmandu. More than 1,86,000 units of shares of Citizens Bank have been put up for sale.
A total of 1,86,565.13 units of promoter shares of the promoter group of the bank are for sale. Eligible general public and institutions can apply for the purchase of these shares as per the prevailing laws.
The minimum price of the shares has been set at Rs 100. This means that when applying for a purchase, you will have to bid for the minimum price or more.
The applicant has been given 35 days to apply for the shares. Applications can be submitted to the bank’s central office located at Narayanhiti Path, Kathmandu within this period.
