Kathmandu. Citizens Bank has declared a dividend for the fiscal year 2082. 83.
The board of directors of the bank has decided to distribute a total dividend of Rs 15,50,74,63,614 to the shareholders from the distributable profit for the financial year. This includes bonus shares worth Rs 58,92,83,617.34 per cent coming up to 3.80 per cent and cash dividend of Rs 3,10,14,927.23 per cent for tax purposes.
The proposed dividend will be approved by the upcoming annual general meeting (AGM) after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank.
