Kathmandu. Now, Citizens Bank’s corporate customers can now not be aware of the need to use multiple platforms to check account balance, download statement, fund transfer, EMI payment, and disburse salaries.
For this, API banking platform Rapid has collaborated with Citizens Bank International Limited. With this collaboration, Rapid has been integrated into Citizens Bank’s system.
Now, the bank’s customers can avail various banking services from one platform through their own software or ERP system. Users will be able to link their bank account through the ‘Connect with API Banking’ option. Ashitosh Sah, Business Head of Gokyo Labs states, “This collaboration with Gokyo Labs is expected to bring a huge transformation in service delivery for Citizens Bank’s corporate customers.
By integrating financial operations digitally, businesses can significantly reduce their time, cost and operational hassles.
The corporate customers of Citizens Bank need to fill up the form just once in order to avail the service. After that, most of the services can be operated online, according to the bank. Rapid has also digitized the customer permissions process, which is believed to bring more simplicity and transparency.
In terms of security, Rapid uses end-to-end encryption, multilayer verification and advanced security protocols. It is claimed that all types of digital transactions will be secured.
