Citizens Balanced Scheme Units to be sold from today

Kathmandu. The units of the Citizens Balanced Scheme will be opened for sale from today, December 19. The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has allowed the issuance of a total of Rs 100 million units of the scheme.

Out of the total 15 percent of the total offered units, 15 percent of the total seed capital will be reserved to Citizens Bank and the general public can apply for the remaining 8.5 crore units.

Applications can be place for minimum 100 units and maximum of 100 units. Interested investors can apply for the shares from ASBA member banks and financial institutions, their branches and CDSC affiliated to the Securities Board of India (SEBON).

The unit sale of the scheme will close on November 22 and at the end of December 22 after the banking hours. The project manager is Citizens Capital.
