Kathmandu. Citizen Life Insurance has requested its insured customers to update their customer identification details (KYC). The company made this request by issuing a notice on June 11.
As the company is required to update the customer identity details of the existing insured customers as per the legal provisions related to anti-money laundering and money laundering, the company has requested the customers to present their national identity card and recently taken photo by filling up the customer identification form at their nearest branch and sub-branch office.
Customers who are unable to attend the office due to various reasons can obtain the customer identification form from the company’s website and send the updated customer identification form to the email of the company’s Customer Service and Protection Department.
