Kathmandu. Citizen Life Insurance has added 4 new directors.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company has decided to extend the term of 4 directors. As per the agreement, Pradeep Jung Pandey, Samit Kumar Agrawal, Manoj Karki and Maheshwor Swar have been appointed as directors.
The term of these 4 directors is ending from July 23. However, as it will take time to hold the AGM, the Board of Directors has decided to extend the term of the directors till the next AGM.
Likewise, the meeting decided to give continuity to Pradeep Jung Pandey as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company. The Board of Directors has also decided to endorse the extended term of office from the upcoming AGM.
