The company’s board of directors has decided to distribute 13% dividend on its current paid-up capital for the current fiscal year. This includes 5% bonus shares and 8% cash dividend.
The dividend will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) after approval from the Ministry of Finance.
