The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company has decided to distribute 12% dividend of Rs 8.78 billion out of the current paid-up capital of the company. Out of this, 8 percent will be paid bonus shares worth Rs 702.591 thousand 753.91 and 4 percent cash dividend (including dividend tax).
The company is holding its 29th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on January 15 to approve the dividend.
The company has decided to close the book on January 1 for the purpose of dividend and meeting. This means that only shareholders who have been held before January 17 will be eligible to receive dividends and attend the meeting.
