Kathmandu. The name of Union Hydropower has been changed.
According to the change, the company will be operated in the name of ‘Union Hydro Company’. The special general meeting of the company held on April 6 had passed a special proposal to change the name of the company. After this, the Office of the Company Registrar had approved the name change on May 15.
The notice issued today states that Union Hydro Holding will also bear the movable and immovable assets and tax liability in the name of the erstwhile Union Hydropower.
Similarly, the company’s existing address has been changed from Dhobighat of Lalitpur Metropolitan City-3 to Kathmandu Metropolitan City, Naxal.
