Kathmandu. CG Corp Global and Megaworld Corporation, a real estate company of the Philippines, have partnered to invest 12 billion Filipino Pesos (about 28 billion Nepalese rupees) in Nepal.
Megaworld has announced that the development of the integrated wellness township named ‘San Benito Private Estate’ in Lipa City, Batangas, Philippines, will begin soon.TAG_OPEN_p_14
According to Insider Philippines, the most important aspect of this project is the collaboration with CG Hospitality, the hospitality arm of CG Corp Global.TAG_OPEN_p_13 The Farm at San Benito is owned by CG Corp Global.
The residents of the residential settlements to be constructed in this project will have direct and exclusive access to ‘The Farm’, the world’s best medical wellness destination run by CG.TAG_OPEN_p_12 Spread over 25 hectares, about 50 per cent of the project has been allocated for open spaces, natural parks and forest areas. It will have private housing, residential areas, commercial areas and modern health facilities.
CG Hospitality plans to take the ‘wellness’ concept to a global level, not just in the Philippines.TAG_OPEN_p_11 The company aims to expand its projects to 15-20 different locations around the world in the next five years. A luxury resort has already been established in Nawalparasi under the concept of wellness.
