Kathmandu. Huang, CEO of the American information technology company NVIDIA, has provided $ 10 million (Rs 1.51 billion) to Nepal. Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle confirmed this in a video interview with the American news agency CNN.
Finance Minister Dr. Wagle said that this generous support of Huang, the founder and chairman of the American Artificial Intelligence Company, has helped to boost the morale of Nepalis in the crisis situation.
Huang has provided financial assistance for rescue, relief, treatment and rehabilitation of those affected by the floods in the Bhotekoshi River in Rasuwa.
Huang’s annual salary is more than 5.48 billion rupees (36.4 million US dollars). Headquartered in the United States, NVIDIA is currently leading the development of artificial intelligence worldwide.
