Kathmandu. CDS & Clearing Limited has urged investors to renew their demat accounts. CDSC has urged investors to pay the annual renewal fee of the demat account.
Investors are required to pay the annual fee of their demat account to their depositors before the end of each financial year. According to the CDSC, the depositor can freeze the beneficiary account of the investor who does not pay the fee.
In the case of beneficiaries who have not paid the annual fee within the end of July, the bank has decided to allow the mero share service to operate till July 30 in view of the inconvenience in operating the account and the beneficiary account who have not paid the annual fee will be frozen from July 30.
