Kathmandu. Buddhabhumi Nepal Hydropower Company Limited (HYDROPOWER) is going to issue 4,74,000 units of right shares.
The company is issuing 4,74,696 units of undistributed right shares through the auction process. Any interested person and organization can bid for the shares.
The minimum price of the shares has been fixed at Rs 100 per share. This means that the bidder will have to bid for the minimum price or more.
The interested bidders must bid for a minimum of 100 units. Bids can be submitted for the purchase of all the shares.
The bidders can bid for the shares from NMB at Biratnagar, Birgunj, Pokhara, Butwal, Dhangadhi, Birendranagar, Nuwakot, Narayangadh and Nepalgunj. The last date for submission of bids is June 29, the banking deadline.
