Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Bir Krishna Maharjan has been re-appointed as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Nepal Insurance Company (NLIC).
A meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held today decided to re-appoint Maharjan as the CEO of the company. His appointment will be effective from June 1. Maharjan’s term will be for four years till May 30, 2007.
Maharjan has more than 3 decades of experience in the insurance sector. In October 2021, he took charge as CEO of Nepal Insurance.
Prior to joining Nepal Insurance, Maharjan had served as the CEO of Prudential Insurance Company for 14 years.
