Kathmandu. Bikash Hydropower Company has declared dividend for the fiscal year 2082. 83.
The board of directors of the company on Wednesday decided to distribute a total dividend of 10.5263 per cent of the current paid-up capital of Rs 909,101,300 for the financial year. This includes bonus shares worth Rs 90,09,10,130 per cent and cash dividend of Rs 4,784,600.14 per cent i.e. 0.5263 per cent for tax purposes.
The dividend will be distributed to the shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) after approval from the Electricity Regulatory Commission.
