Kathmandu. The results of the preliminary vote counting of Jhapa Constituency No. 5 have been made public. Rastriya Swatantra Party senior leader Balendra Shah secured 814 votes.
CPN-UML Chairman and former Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli has garnered 384 votes. With 1,400 votes counted, Balen was ahead of UML Chairman Oli.
