. KATHMANDU: The eighteenth annual general meeting of Asian Life Insurance Company (LIC) has been held at Hotel Classic Plaza in Simara of Bara district. The AGM approved the annual report of the fiscal year 2081/082 presented by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Dipak Kumar Shrestha.
The AGM unanimously endorsed a proposal of distributing 10.5263 percent dividend (including 5 percent bonus share) of the company’s paid up capital from the accumulated profit of the fiscal year 2081/082.TAG_OPEN_div_19 Come on. The AGM approved the proposal of distributing bonus shares equivalent to 5 percent of the paid-up capital of the company and cash dividend of Rs. 27,63,79,850.91 (including tax on dividend) for the year 2081/082.
