Kathmandu. As many as 30 employees of various bodies, including Ganesh Prasad Pandey, director of the Insurance Authority under the Ministry of Finance, have been relieved of their posts.

The Ministry of Finance has relieved the office-bearers of various bodies, including Pandey of the Board of Directors of the Insurance Authority, in accordance with the provisions of the Ordinance on the Removal of Public Officials from their posts, 2083. Pandey was an expert member of the life insurance section at the NRA. Non-life insurance members were lying vacant in the NRA.
