Kathmandu. Api Power to sell 15 lakh units of shares of Ingawa Hydropower Company.
The company is selling its stake in Ingawa Hydropower. The shares will be sold through the secondary market, according to Api Power.
According to the company, the decision to sell the shares has been made to the general public as per Clause 11 of the Directive on the Pre-Approval and Regulation of Public Issue of Electricity Company, 2078 issued by the Electricity Regulatory Commission.
