Kathmandu. Sun Nepal Life Insurance Company is organizing its 8th and 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) today. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on Thursday decided to hold the AGM of the two fiscal years at the same time. The meeting will begin at 10:30 am at Amritbhog Caterers in Kalikasthan, Kathmandu.
In the last fiscal year 2081. The company will approve a total dividend of 20.2632 percent of the current paid-up capital proposed for the company. This includes 5% bonus shares and 15.2632% cash dividend.
The meeting will also approve a proposal to increase the authorized capital of the company. While amending the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association, the meeting shall approve the special proposal provided to the Board of Directors with the authority to carry out the directives and suggestions received from the regulatory body.
