Kathmandu. The fourth annual general meeting of Bhujung Hydropower Limited (JHPL) has been held on June 29. The assembly was successfully held at Amrapali Banquet Catering and Event at Kathmandu Metropolitan City-10, Baluwatar.
The AGM was attended by Madhav Raj Acharya on behalf of promoter shareholders, Dr. Himal Bhattarai, Rajeshwor Duwal, Tanka Prasad Subedi and Santosh Shrestha have been elected to the post.
Similarly, Jelina Shrestha has been elected as the general public shareholder and Rita Gautam has been elected as an independent director.
The AGM discussed and approved the company’s annual report, financial statements, future plans and various proposals.
During the program, the shareholders had a positive interaction on the company’s future strategy and development.
