Kathmandu. Aatma Nirbhar Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has called its 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on April 7. The assembly will begin at 11:00 am at Ghorahi Sub-metropolis-15, Dang.
The company has decided to distribute 14.25 percent bonus shares and 0.75 percent cash dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year. The Assembly shall endorse the proposal.
Along with the dividend proposal, the AGM will also endorse the proposal to authorize the Board of Directors to amend the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association and appoint an auditor.
The microfinance company had closed its book for one day on April 26 for the purpose of AGM and dividend distribution. Accordingly, the shareholders who have been traded in NEPSE till April 25 will be able to receive the proposed dividend.
