Kathmandu. Sudip Acharya has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank.
The 401st meeting of the Board of Directors of the bank held after the 19th annual general meeting of the bank held on Friday has elected Acharya to the post. Acharya was the chairman of the bank before this.
The AGM of the bank has approved the promoter group of Sudip Acharya, Bhim Prasad Tulachan, Chatur Khar Adhikari and the general public group Mr. Balram Baral, Bishweshwar Subedi and Dr. Shrestha Shrestha for the next 4 years. Pawan Kumar Sharma was elected unopposed.
