Kathmandu. About 28 lakh units of shares of Citizen Life Insurance Company have been put up for sale.
A total of 27,93,361 units of shares in the name of the company’s founding shareholders have been put up for sale. Currently, only the existing promoter shareholders of the company can apply for the purchase of these shares.
The application for the purchase of the shares has been given 35 days. Interested promoter shareholders can apply to the registered office of the company at Thapathali, Kathmandu within this period.
If the company does not apply for the purchase of shares from the promoter shareholders within the stipulated period, the issue will be opened to other individuals and organizations.
