Kathmandu. About 1.25 lakh units of promoter shares of Support Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha have been converted into ordinary shares.
A total of 1,22,443.45 units of promoter shares of the company were converted into ordinary shareholders. Accordingly, the shares are listed in the general public of Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE).
Similarly, the promoter group has allotted 7,34,660.69 units (60 percent) and the ordinary group has 489,773.80 units (40 percent).
