Kathmandu. More than 67,000 units of shares of Abhiyan Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha are on sale.
A total of 67,350 units of shares of the promoter group of the company have been put up for sale. Currently, only the promoter shareholders of the company can apply for the purchase of these shares.
The company has 35 days to apply for the shares. Interested bidders can apply for the shares from the company’s central office at Panauti, Kavre or from share registrar Kumari Capital at Naxal, Kathmandu.
If the company does not apply for the purchase from the promoter shareholders within the stipulated period, it will open the sale of shares to other individuals and institutions.
