Kathmandu: Shikhar Insurance Company has announced dividends from the profit of the last financial year 2078-79. In the meeting of the board of directors(BODs) held on Mangsir 29, 2079 the company announced the dividend to be distributed to its shareholders from the profits of the financial year 2078-79.
The company has proposed to distribute a total of 16.8421 percent dividends by paying 16 percent stock dividends and 0.8421 percent in cash for tax purposes against stock dividends and cash dividends.
Investors will get the dividend after the company’s proposed dividend is approved by the Nepal Insurance Authority and endorsed by the next annual general meeting.
